खटखटाहट

ख़ुशी आज गलती से

दरवाज़ा खटखटा गई |

गर्म इक सांस सर्दी में,

मन को अटपटा गई |

रेत फैली थी जो आँगन में,

आज मुट्ठी में समां गई,

फिर निकली तो सावन में,

पहली खुशबू सी छा गई |

                                                                 सवारी हमारी अंत तक थी,

                                                                पर ज़रा लड़खड़ा गई,

                                                                 ख़ुशी आज गलती से जो

                                                                  दरवाज़ा खटखटा गई ||

गूँज

मैशाला के द्वार पर

दो अजनबी खड़ें हैं,

एक शमा की जाल  में

धीरे - धीरे घुल  रहें हैं,

टूटे बिखरे कांच पे

हलके से आगे बढ रहें हैं ।

उस शमा की आंच से,

ज़रा ज़रा सा लड़ रहें हैं ।

प्यालों की गूँज में जो ये 

धीमे से बातें हो रहीं हैं,

साकी पहचाना, जान कर,

नई शुरुआतें हो रहीं हैं ।

दो अजनबी रात भर यूहीं,

खोते गए भूली बातों में,

राहें कभी मिली नहीं, 

अब मिलतें हैं अक्सर खवाबों में ।

कदम

बार बार ये कदम

घर ले जाते हैं,

बंद खड़े दर पर

रोज़ खटखटाते हैं,

अक्सर उस दर पर,

पुराने भूत आतें हैं । 

बार बार रात भर, 

वही ख्वाब आतें हैं ।

भूतों के जवाबों से,

कभी आस कर लेतें है ।

उन मख्मले मल्मले ख्वाबों में,

कभी सांस भर लेतें हैं ।

ओस

भाग कर थके हुए,

चादर से ढके हुए,

नींद के द्वार पर

काटों से फंसे हुए,

ओस से धोए हुए,

धुएं से खोए हुए,

मोम से पिघलकर

रात भर रोए हुए,


मन के सवालों को,

धुंधला सा करे हुए,

मेरे बिखरे बालों में,

आंसू ये बुने हुए ।

तीर-ए-नज़र

चलाओगे तुम जो ये तीर-ए-नज़र,

कैसे ना होगा हम पर असर,

संग हो हमारे तुम अगर,

इत्र सा खिलेगा हर पहर ।

सुबह शाम में ढल रही है,

ख़ुशी संग छाँव सी चल रही है,

जाग कर सो रहे हम नदी के किनारे ।

डूब कर उभर रहें हैं ख्वाबों के गुब्बारे ।

शब्द

हवा में लहरते शब्द,

उँगलियों में फँस रहें हैं,

बेलों में उलझे लव्ज़,

शाखों से झड़ रहें हैं,

जाल अब गल रहें हैं,

खुद को समझ रहें हैं,

भूली ओस की बूंदों से,

खुद को सुलझ रहें हैं ।

इन बंधे संभाले धागों से,

अब नाव की सवारी है ।
इन सुलझे जागे इरादों से,
अब सावन की तयारी है ।

गर्मी

इस साल गर्मी कुछ ज्यादा है,

घर में रहने का इरादा है,

ठंडी हवाएं, पुरानी किताबें,

इनसे भी ख़ुशी कोई ज्यादा है?

अब निकलेंगे बारिश में,

कुछ नमी की ख्वाहिश में,

तब तक काली स्याही से,

शब्दों को रंगने का इरादा है,

इस साल गर्मी कुछ ज्यादा है ।

बंद दरवाजें हैं तो आहटें नहीं हैं ।

भूली हुई चाहतें नहीं हैं ।

इस बार अकेले रहने का वादा है,

इस साल गर्मी कुछ ज्यादा है ।

Neutrinos. These tiny particles have created quite a ripple in the Physics community of late with reports of them traveling faster than light. The speed of light is held to be the maximum possible speed attainable and hence anything travelling faster than light is bound to create a stir.

Went for this movie despite myself and ended up dissatisfied despite low expectations. The plot was predictable and although it is true that one doesn't go for a movie like LPNY looking for suspense, the dialogues could really use some work! O Ali Zafar :(.
